The weather is bright, eventhough foggy thoughts and lots of sex is predicted. By 2050, 40 years from now, the world population will double to 13 billion. We have finally found the solution to overpopulation, cancer, heart disease and traffic collisions: STARVATION due to lack of oxygen, fresh water and food.
Most of the population increase will happen in countries where the population is uneducated, ignorant and unable to think for themselves, including the US. The desperate hot, dry winds will blow into Europe, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, causing violent thunderstorms, war and mayhem. Should be quite a show.
In ten years, the hurricanes, Big Oil, Big Business and DIP, Desperate Ignorant People, will have destroyed the rest of the tropical forests that supplied 30% of the oxygen in the air we breathe and half the world's species.
The remaining 70% of our oxygen is produced by sea plants, which are already being harvested. Commercial Tsunamis will remove the last 10% of all the fish in the seven seas. If any baby fish escape, the locals will be sure to gobble them up. So far, lame efforts to produce substitutes for nature's food have created weak immune systems.
Earthquakes around the globe created cracks in thoughts, which allow our fresh water and top soil to run to the sea faster than nature can supply them. The earth is rock hard under the soil and the planet will become a huge dust bowl. With little oxygen in the air we breathe, no fresh water to drink or soil in which to grow plants, the population should reduced to less than 1.6 billion, which was the population in 1900. All this weather was created in the last 110 years, after being on this planet for over a million.
The people who survive will most likely be the rich and aware people of today. They can afford to weather the storms and have the moxie to isolate themselves on islands, surrounded by impenetrable undersea barriers and Navy Seals.
They allow baby fish and sea plants to grow, hoard earthworms and soil in their sea fortress. They know to make fresh water from the sea and oxygen in tanks. It may take another million years to replenish the Earth, but it will replenish itself.
In the meantime, humans will have learned that survival means living in harmony and cooperation with lots of space for nature to abound. Believing that competition and losing is good and looking for what is bad, wrong and ugly will have disappeared from the collective unconscious. Killing to become king of the mountain will cease to even be a figment of anyone's imagination.
We can slow down this brewing weather by keeping it personal and local. First, become aware of the storm. Then get into the eye of it, where it is quiet. Pay attention to what thoughts you feed, how you spend your energy and what you do to keep misery afloat. More weather reports to come. Stay tuned to Jubilee's Weather.
